I enjoy learning and sharing knowledge and get satisfaction from implementing new ideas and improving services through best method practices. I believe in strict health & safety standards. I am also trained in classical French fine dinning and have comprehensive knowledge and experience in Buffets & banqueting.  I work well under pressure and considered an excellent team player.

I have enjoyed my time in Europe and  i have returned to share my knowledge on what i have learnt with my chefs here.
