Chocolate Trifle

” put this one on a special at our resturant – we got rave reviews on this recipe”

The Goodies……………….

  • 554.4 g brownie mix
  • 109.2 g instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 224 g frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 336 g frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 42 g chocolate candy

The Mission…………………

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and cool completely. Cut into 2cm squares.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, water and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth, then fold in 100gs whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  3. In a trifle bowl or glass serving dish, place half of the brownies, half of the pudding mixture and half of the 250ml container of whipped topping. Repeat layers. Shave chocolate onto top layer for garnish. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
